London - We arrived on May 1st and spent six fabulous days wandering around the city visiting churches, museums, pubs and plays.

On May 8th, after a 4:45 am (!!!) wake-up call, we joined the group for a whirlwind bus tour of the best of Europe under the able direction of Trafalgar tours.  Over a period of 19 days, we visited XX cities in 10 countries, including:

Belgium - Bruges and Brussels

Holland - Amsterdam with a side trip to Volendam

Germany - Cologne

              - The Rhine Valley

              - Heidelberg

              - the Black Forest

Switzerland - Lucerne with a trip up Mt. Pilatus

                      and a side visit to a farm at Giswil

Liechtenstein - Just long enough to buy stamps and

                        get our passports stamped

Austria - Innsbruck

            - Salzburg

            - Vienna and the the Vienna Woods

Italy - Venice with a side trip to Burano

         - Rome

         - Florence

         - Pisa

Monaco and France -

           - Monaco

           - the French Riviera including Nice, Cannes, and St. Paul de Vence

           - Avignon

           - Beaune

           - Paris

The tour ended in Paris but we stayed an extra three days which allowed us to see a bit more of the city  but still wasn't enough to do it justice.

People - Here are just a few pictures of the people on the tour .  We took a lot more pictures of them but using their cameras, not ours!!!
